What Are The Options For Heating Up A Large Space, Loft, Etc?

Thursday, March 26th, 2009
aazovsky asked:

Hi Everyone! I’m moving to an artist loft and I’m trying to figure out what to use for heating the place. It is 500 sq. ft., one room, huge ceilings. There’s no central heat. I was thinking about using one of those garage heaters at around 10,000 BTUs. Does anybody have any experience with those, like how loud are they and how much is electric bill going to be like on average per month? Also I’d like to know about possible alternatives. Please feel free to e-mail me with suggestions and any valid info about this. Thanks a lot for reading and for your help!
