		<description>Caution!!You can be charge big time.In some states and county's its illegal to harm,remove,ind-anger, pester, bait by poison or food,ect.ect.To any wild life,while the mother is caring and nursing her young.They have the temporary right to be there,until they leave,or the humane society decides otherwise.THIS applies here in CAN. also.Example last year we could not play the green on the sevens hole for three weeks,because a sand piper gave birth,and made there nest.Please check first,before being sorry you didn't. 		<description>Animal services will safely remove the critters and tend to the young as well.  It is against their policy to harm any sane animals.  If the coon in your house has rabies however, it is a danger to you and others and it would have to be put down.  If you don't want to call animal services you can rent a trap and bait it with garbage and catch it yourself, then release far from your house.  As far as the litter goes, they may not do well if taken from their birthplace and left without their mother.</description>
